I’ve been asked to teach a course on ‘Orientalism: Western Imaginaries of the Middle East’ in the History Department at Reading Uni, where I am a Visiting Research Fellow this term 🙂 The course is not in my immediate area of expertise, but will see me going back to the start of my academic career 🙂
