Witkoff was in Moscow as the chat unfolded. Russia has excellent hacking techniques into Signal when done with the call Stephen Witkoff went directly into a meeting with Putin. Sounds like it was a nice long meeting and who knows he probably left his phone on that was smart.
I saw the work by Olga Lautman and he findings were disturbing: Steven Witkoff was in Russia when he was added to the signal chat. Russia has infiltrated Signal and used against Ukrainians. Very possible they have the classified signal info:
