I had to put this note on one I created because I got so many replies along the lines of "Wow, this list is awesome, wish there was a way to block them en-masse!"
That Subscribe button might as well be radioactive for people that are interested in blocking a list.

When are you going to fix the God-awful UI for blocking moderation lists?
Right now you have to tap "Subscribe" before any indication comes up that you can block the list.
Most people who are planning to block a list absolutely do not want to touch a button that says "Subscribe"!
