What has been one of your surprise hidden gems of this year so far? Mine has to be #BecometheMoon, a quirky card/ autobattler. 10 characters that all play differently and a quirky set of monsters/magic cards to use. #hiddengem #justonemorego

Been a while since I have played a Madden Game, since I have EA Play. Lets try and win a hardest difficulty game in the last few hours on the trial. Starting on Twitch in 10 minutes. Should have time for 3 full games. #madden26 #nfl - (Only been playing franchise mode so far)

Next up, I tried Birdigo by @toboggan.work and @johnaugust.bsky.social Terrific cross between Wordle and Balatro. Some runs will go well and some - if you dont adjust will suffer. Love the idea of the migrating birds been the levels and good powerup design.

Day two, I started with #poolofmadness by @bitgolem.bsky.social - A terrific demo mashing pool with lovecraft. Imagine playing pool but then fish get thrown on the table (how about the gun as your secondary "cue"). Very random very fun - one to wishlist for sure.

Next up, I tried #superlocoworld - Terrific idea and good concept. It scratched that OpenTTD itch. It took me a while to figure on the signals, but once you do - you will be flying.

If you are playing #nextfest games and love a #cardbattler #roguelite- make sure to try Monster Train 2. I put 94 hours into the original - and just played the demo for MT 2 - dam, its good and packs in a bunch of new stuff.

next week - the #fm24 Underdog "Network" Save will begin. One night a week, we play on Twitch and one extra bit on Youtube. Win three national leagues with underdogs, win their continental cups and then final goal is to win the World Club Cup - but we got to unlock teams.

So far this year, I tried a checkout cashier simulator game,mountain climber game, platformer with little nightmares vibes and a tower defense game on a train. All super good in their own ways.
