Absolutely - such an important goal for many people!

- Better work situation
- Driving
- Independence
- Socialising
- Not needing supervision
- Self-confidence
- Not feeling washed out
- Feeling safer etc

I love that this paper points us to using those same principles to help answer questions like "Will I be able to work after surgery?".

Thanks for sharing. This is something which I've been wanting to incorporate more into my practice and this lays the options out so clearly.

This one's pretty in-depth so probably more for those working clinically already. Love the opportunity to do deep dive into an area I'm less familiar with and brush up my knowledge.

A group of friends, in the pub, chatting about their life with #Parkinson's. It's definitely taught me lots about the everyday realities of the condition.

This is a great one that I recommend to any assistant or trainee psychologists. A really accessible introduction to a wide range of topics that gives a great peak into the many varied roles of a neuropsychologist.

Two friends discussing their different journeys with #MS. Yep, it's a bit 'woo-woo' at times but I'm also just blown away by their courage in being so down-to-earth, real, and honest. So many useful reflections for anyone living with a chronic illness.

I've found getting avulux glasses really helpful for taking the edge off my photosensitivity. They're not cheap though. FL-41s were also good and not quite as costly. Both were much better than standard sunglasses for me.

Brill thanks for getting that going. I'd love an add 👍🏼
