Crazy that 🇺🇦in Uk can only reapply within 28 days of visas running out…a nightmare as employers & landlord’s reluctant to employ or accommodate with such short term planning…as if the war was going to suddenly end in 28days 🤦♂️

…so we did the only thing sensible one could do. Have a pint 🍺 in the nearest pub to celebrate & 🚲 to Buckingham Palace before heading home.

mishaps? 2 punctures and a dump in the canal…well the canal is maintained by the Canal & Rivers Trust….NOT the Canals, Rivers & Cycling Trust…so priorities to some parts of the canal network over others

The #GrandUnionCanal goes through some stunning scenery…yet we seem to have forgotten how this is part of our national heritage assets. The Canal & Rivers Trust are doing their best…but have faced massive cuts in their funding

…we met up in Birmingham…& then went to Salford Junction, 1 of the Birmingham starts of the #GrandUnionCanal it happens to be right under Spaghetti Junction…there’s a sign celebrating THAT but nothing celebrating this 18th piece of engineering
