I found the whole process really confusing. (Same with tax free childcare) but then it took several weeks for certificate to be sorted.

The bbc does let me claim personal mileage for my cargo bike which I think is cool. Helps pay for wear and tear.

It’s a shame staff who might still want the option no longer have it.

It was a strange decision as other delivery companies went in the opposite direction direction. As you say batteries revolutionised the whole concept.

Nope. There's some obvious fixes. A bollard to stop pavement mounting. Moving the hire bike docking station from random point down the road to outside the gym (also blocking cars). But so far nothing.
