To clarify, I doubt it'll be property developers (clear the investors from India have an interest in the game), but what the clubs become.

Elitist certainly. But bad? No.

However, it says everything about the ECB (and most of the counties) that they’d rather - initially at least - invent a new format rather than make the necessary demographic and cultural changes to the existing formats and structures.
