How can you have an "ultrashort chain"? You can't have anything beyond a short chain that can still be described as a chain. That's why we have short chain fatty acids and not ultrashort chain fatty acids. This attempt to increment jargon for impact is so toxic and unnecessary.

I had the same thought and I've been tinkering with the chromatography, to try and spread the peaks out, and the AGC, to try and moderate the ion counts. The green plot is AGC and the blue one is injection time. Turns out injection time never gets above 20ms and is often effectively zero. Amazing.

This is amazing. No matter what I set my AGC to my ion trapping time never exceeds 50ms and at times is effectively zero! There's so many ions going into the C-Trap at 13 mins that it's can't do its job and I'm seeing e10 ion counts.

Good morning, tweeps. Not a lot of hibiscus joy around at the moment as the team seems to be still waking up from winter. Our good old double O'Brien can usually be relied on, but even this stalwart is only putting out a handful of small, semi-developed flowers like this. 🌺
