This little bud appeared on my rex begonia next to this baby leaf and the big leaf on the same stem (left) started drooping. Water levels and humidity should be okay. Is the plant just making room for new growth? Is the bud a flower or leaf?

I want to have a more full neon pothos before it starts to trail out of the pot so I wrapped a vine in the pot and pinned it down so it would root. Will it begin to branch from the vine or will it continue to grow from the end of the vine only? I'm new pls help.

I'm shedding my former identity as a houseplant killer after some recent success and trying to grow an anthurium clarinervium. I've heard they aren't too difficult and I've only had her a couple of weeks but this tiny new leaf still feels like a huge accomplishment!
