Teargas is a fine powder - if you can, carrying a small bottle of saline to demonstrations is a good 1st prep. If you have the capacity, traffic cones can be put over the canisters to stop spread. Wear long sleeves, etc

It may be different by state. Our local sheriffs tend to not cooperate w/ ice. We ask for name/badge #. Also yell for name of person being abducted so attempts can be made to contact family. Offer to pass along keys etc to family (or move car.) If kidnapper won’t disclose, we call 911 and report
