Don’t get me wrong, it’s on my tv because of tradition, but it’s not an exciting watch. All I think is all the plastics in those balloons.

Both reps (who were awesome and professional) were clear this is common: messages get sent to costumers before anyone at costumer service has any information to help folks. 🤡

Even though my partner and I got messages saying our train was cancelled, it was just moved to a bus. I didn’t find this out till after I moved my train early (the rep didn’t have this info when I called). I called the next day to change my partner’s and the new rep had all in the info.
