the pop up is only for turning it on/off, the functionality itself is really cool so you don't have to hold down modifier keys and press other keys at the same time. it's great for people who don't have the dexterity to hit multiple keys or people with RSI or can't apply much pressure.

how the fuck does a game get DDOS'd for over 5 hours of their own admission + every other week (if not every week in some capacity), for over 2 years and nothing is done lmfao. they already fucked up majorly with the first tier and ulti launch with massive DDOS problems, pleeeeeeeeease do something.
