Yeah, it's hard to encapsulate everything that's perfect about it from just solid characters, the depiction of Canadian Stratford Shakespeare festival, the actual working life of everyone, but it's just purely really solid good work.

Tbh the only difference between these Tesla drivers and most other non-Tesla drivers is they're admitting they're bad at driving.

Slings and Arrows, a Canadian mid-2000s dramadie where a financially-struggling but brilliantly good theater director has to replace the ghost of his former abusive director who has been phoning it in at a Shakespeare festival while seeing visions of that director.

It's been a while since I played, and in hindsight I'm not sure if cause and effect are aligned. IIRC Tilda tries explaining that fleeing earth and taking Aloy by force is the only way for her to save Elizabeth during the boss fight, but her prior actions cause doubt. Iunno, sorry if unhelpful.

As said tho, it's a very small part of the game and one I wish was elaborated upon further, Tilda appears only very briefly and towards the backend of the game, felt like it underutilized Carrie-Anne Moss.

The difference between the first and second times Tilda flees the earth is this time, she is not willing to leave Elizabeth Sobeck behind, but she decides rather than staying to fight with who she sees as her former partner, she decides to take Aloy with her by force.

There she meets the clone of her old flame, Aloy the protag. When Aloy learns of the virus that will destroy earth, Aloy wants to fight back and save the earth whereas Tilda is a rich person who primarily cares about her own self-preservation.

I think there might need to be a bit of a format shift to make the traitors more willing to go against each other (if all the money goes to charity, then I'd be happy to do a shared win), but still managed a super good show regardless.

I know I'm late, but Chespin loves macarons and even risked their life to save them from being run over by a Team Rocket tank. I picked Frog my first playthrough but the anime made Chespin my favourite.
