I mean yes, but Mark Epstein is still a dubious source. He's very selective with details like Michael Wolff is. And Wolff comes across as an opportunist and a downright enabler. He is also inconsistent with his defense of Ghislaine Maxwell even though she is most definitely guilty af herself.

To be succinct every illegal action this administration has take can be subject to state prosecution which Trump cannot pardon as well as class action suits brought by states attorneys General. These cannot be pardoned either. Additionally Hegseth can be reuppuped and court martialed. No pardon.

Executive orders are not royal decrees. They only have effect over the federal government not the states. Basically they're guidance memos from your micromanaging narcissistic boss.
