Upshot is tRump remains constitutionally disqualified from presidency unless Congress removes disqualification by 2/3 majorities of both houses. Nothing in Trump v. Anderson changes that legal reality. Today, tRump remains constitutionally ineligible to presidency.

Hell, this is beyond cruel & hugely unnecessary! A disabled woman! What is she going to do to ice!? These f****** cowards, I'm at the point where if I was to see this happening unfortunately I would beat the living s*** out of that guy! The risk would be mine, the satisfaction devine! ! 🇨🇦🍷

That apology for a man needs to be taken to task for serious assault, and for inflicting potentially life threatening injury on the woman. That was NOT crowd control, NOT self defense, that was an out and out grievous assault on a civilian. Shame on that ICE goon...

Not only does ICE make our communities less safe, every single one of these attacks / kidnappings will result in some hefty financial liability for US tax payers when the federal government loses / settles these civil cases.
