Second idea being after a presumed victory in the Lace 2 fight, when she is dooming about being created rather than born, maybe something wholesome with Hornet giving her a big ‘ol’ hug or something like that.

If you skip the first Lace fight, you instead find her on the bridge between Shellwood and Blasted Steps, maybe there could be something where Lace sets a trap and is saying things along the lines of ‘if you can’t even make it past me how do you expect to reach the Citadel?’
