They’re a Canadian company that set up shop in the Czech Republic in the mid ‘90s, and made a ton of this kind of stuff.

It was OK. The sets were nice, and probably were reused from a somewhat higher budget movie.
Fairly impressive.

This is trying to do a tense, straight faced action movie, all on some very modest ‘80s Doctor Who type sets.

I’m enjoying it.
