Despite Cere Junda failing her first padawan Trilla, she later trained one of the greatest rebels in galactic history. On top of that, she made an iconic last stand against the Dark Lord himself. Her final act pushed Vader to his limits and all it took was letting go of fear.

While not my cup of tea, I have to give credit to this particular sea maiden's boss fight. The fact that you aren't damaging her but freeing her makes it really unique.
