Mechanical keyboards and mice. I prefer to write shopping lists with pen and paper. Although the most irritating must be the touch screen in the car. You actually have to look vs being able to quickly adjust cabin controls by feel.

I love mushrooms as friends, not food. Texturally, they and zucchini are squeaky, yielding but resistant. This is the worst mouth feeling in cuisine. I'd prefer sandy clam chowder.
