He has no idea what he's talking about. Even his CDC ACIP, which was stacked with vaccine skeptics, still recommends the MMR vaccines. The only thing they changed was not recommending the combined MMRV vaccine under age 4.

This is a proprietary protocol/terminal codes. Think dialing up to a BBS. There is NO PPP or IP involved.
Serial0/1/0:23 is the D channel of our PRI. When making a test call, it finds the first vacant B channel (Serial0/1/0:0) and uses it.
How do I attach something to that interface? It's dynamic.
