I literally went home from the office early once when some did that. And complained to his supervisor.

Mary Zimmerman did an excellent job rewriting the book at the Goodman Theatre several years ago. (At least I thought so, but I love pretty much everything she does.)

Just need you to know I have long loved this idea of yours, and this year I had the occasion to actually DO it!

Didn’t that judge say “no more tear gas”? Or did I misunderstand?

I can think of many but I suppose truly first was Rex Harrison's "Why Can't The English?" Because around 4th-5th grade when I started getting into Broadway I was also keen to learn a British accent, so I practiced mimicking him.

There are so many artists and hopeful artists out here stewing in the anxiety of "how does one do art in this present world" - and not only did you just make art *right now*, you showed why it's more necessary than ever. Thank you.

Thankfully, Keller and Andres immediately chime in with “how about a knife and some pans?”

Not enough people know about Colleen Dewhurst today. My favorite performance of hers is the nurse in the film version of “As Is.” One of the first plays to deal with AIDS. I believe I still have a copy from when I VHS taped it off Showtime in the late ‘80s
