Few remakes capture the essence of a genre like Dragon Quest I & II HD-2D. It's a stunning revival of a masterpiece, and the secret ending alone makes the entire journey worthwhile.

Just emerged from the notoriously savage Passage to Rendarak (Cave to Rhone) without completely losing my mind. Maybe they should've renamed it to "psychological endurance test", its reputation is REAL #dragonquest2

Before I knew what a JRPG was, Dragon Quest showed me what stories in games could be. It was the first adventure I ever saw through to the end, and it set the tone for everything I've loved since

My totally reasonable demands for the next Tales of game:
- A return to the overworld and airship exploration
- Battle victory screens
- Status effects that have meaningful impact
- Hand-drawn skits with expressive character art
- Go Shiina as the lead composer
