Just finished 7 Blades in Black... a nice change and a fun FMC. Great read overall - FWIW.

Yeah... I have a really hard time not taking a book to completion, but the FMC just seemed unreasonably vulnerable to almost all situations and was continually portrayed as a victim to her desires. I still hope it ends well for you - I just couldn't finish.

I only made it a 1/3rd of the way through... thought it was going to have a better "action" to "desire" ratio. Hopefully you find it a worthwhile read later in the book.

Great series... but I preferred the ratio of "adult" content in the first and most of the second books to later in the series where it was just a bit too much all the time.

I know at least 50 and happen to be one myself. Steak Tartare one day, Sashimi the next and often meals without meat. Just stay away from the honey... I hear Vegans believe it exploits the bees. Sasquatch will come after you.

Vegans aren't the market... it's primarily for meat eaters who want to eat a bit more healthy a few times a week or Vegetarians who used to eat meat.
