Why Illinois and Minnesota?
There are about 1,223,000 undocumented immigrants in Florida, and 1,966,000 in Texas Those states are run by Republicans. There are about 588,000 undocumented immigrants in Illinois, and only 100,000 in Minnesota. Those states are run by Democrats. If it was about immigration, ICE and DHS would be swarming Florida and Texas. It's about inciting chaos and violence, specifically in states that didn't vote for Donald Trump.
