Unfortunately, none from the very beginning. I've always been a bit shy about taking pics of myself, though gaining has definitely helped build up my body confidence.

Oh it wasn't instant, I gained 3lbs the past week. So potentially 156lbs a year. At my size, that's a pretty steady gain so I'm happy 😁
