2/2 High grade colonic anastomotic stricture. Failed prior dilation. Very symptomatic.
Treated with a 15x10mm Axios stent to good effect.

If a guidewire is in a specific, desired location through a stent you can remove the stent over the wire without losing access if you gently grab the stent past the first flap over the wire and do not crush it. #gastroenterology #endoscopy @stentingwoman.bsky.social
