Oh good! I’m glad I wasn’t just totally remembering wrong!

For some reason I was thinking there was a local kid lit panel? Or book fair? Or something along those lines last spring? I may be misremembering. But I feel like it happened while I was out of town. And I was like "oh man! Don’t want to miss that next time!"

I thought you probably did! You both seem very well connected to the local kid lit community!

Hmm. We’re getting close to the Thanksgiving to Christmas rush. Maybe a January local gathering of Kid Lit authors?

It identifies bird calls in real time. I like to sit on the back porch with it on and see what I can catch.

Not a book. But do you already use the Merlin App? I love it.
