true i guess caffeine is also something i take, so that an alcohol on my side, everybody does sobriety at their own pace and that's something to be proud of

it might not seem like a big deal but after almost 10 years of smoking cigarettes and weed, quitting like a month at a time then starting again, its a huge achievement and i will take my wins where i can.
