You're using `relativizeUrls`, so I think there's a case for linking to those stylesheets relative to the site root; e.g: `/css/default.css`

Looks like your `default.html` template is assuming that you have the values `desc`, `siteName` and `root` set in the context, and you don't when you're building the tags pages
