Yes, I think they're golden chanterelles. They're somewhat common finds in the pine woods when the weather is warm and rainy. They are really good for eating, great with pasta or just sauteed. There's a lot of king boletes that come up seasonally, but the insects love them too.

Oh yes, I love foraging. Awesome pictures!! I don't know that first one either, but those fly agarics are really cool. These are some I found out hiking around the forest after a big rain this fall
