As an #artist in the age of social media, being real & true to yourself isn't safe. It's a risk, a risk to not go viral, a risk to not get seen, because YOU don't fit the algorithm. So the algorithms kill authenticity & make it more difficult to connect w/ what you really enjoy. #art #artsky #writer

Today I learned that the protagonist of Barry Windsor-Smith's Monsters is missing one eye too - so is the on of my graphic novel RATKING! There are quite some similarities: childhood trauma, war, exploitation. Damn.
