LoL I would say yeah. My kid probably shares similar coloring as you? Fair skinned, light eyes. They don’t ever deny having African heritage but they would never say they experience life in these United States as a Black person does.

I think it’s more accurate to say *some* Puerto Ricans are of/have African descent. Whether they’d all be considered Black people is different. When I walk out the door I’m undeniably Black✊🏾, without explaining DNA.
