-nasty to vendors and techs because of people we work with being jackasses on a regular basis. I can’t keep handling diplomacy issues because of the constant fuckups that are outside of my control no matter how well I do my job and try to assist customers.

I don’t have new work lined up yet, but the urge to put in my two weeks notice now is strong. I’ve scheduled a conversation with a superior for next week and am making it clear what changes I expect from them if they want to keep me at this job. I’m tired of dealing with this and having to be-
