#myweek #metalsky I'll just say the top two rows were all new to me this week and all fantastic. But Qrixkuor, Kostnatění are my weird black/death standouts, Glorious Depravity is some of the years best osdm and Pupic Slicer is that sort of mathcore that I love. Kauan is nice metal to relax with.

Amazon Prime suggested I would like the movie Hell Squad, where sexy Vegas showgirls trade in their g-strings for k-rations and become killing machines to save an ambassadors kidnapped son. Its awful, but damn it, they are right. I love it. What does it say about me? Not sure. Nothing good, I'm sure

#myweek #metalsky I listened to a lot of Yellow Eyes and ORM this week. Discovered the song "Serpent Mother" is not on an ORM album. I just assumed it was a song on the first one. It's one off, like Deafheavens "Black Brick". The others were all good too. Especially Thron, Amalekim and Hæresis.

#myweek #metalsky Dawnwalker having Sacred Son back doing the harsh vocals was the shot in the arm that was needed. Sounds a little closer to "Ages", which I love. Not really anything brand new. I started Coroner, but only got 2 songs in, so will report back next week. It doesn't fit on my chart.

#myweek#metalsky I'm going to have to give Abstract Illusion another shot. I liked Woe a lot, but this felt really prog and I just wasn't in the mood. Sanguisugabogg has never really hit me since the first EP, but this was better. Wode, Rå, Tombs and Blindfolded and Led to the Woods all hit hard
