I started reading “…all scheduled hangings…” and immediately thought he was talking about some sort of insane govt escalation here. Please tell me WHY I WOULD ACTUALLY THINK HE IS TALKING ABOUT THE US!!? How did we get here?

It's not Trump's money.
It's our money that we paid into the federal government.
Several blue states have been paying more into the federal gov. than they have been getting in return. This helps subsidize some of the poorer red states.
