I’m hopeful that’s gonna lose…but the words “and subject to the jurisdiction thereof” might be problematic, particularly with a scotus that falls over itself to appease trump and further project 2025 goals.

If anything, this regime proves that precedent, norms, expectation, standard operating procedure, and tradition are meaningless. If it isn’t clearly codified in the Constitution or Bill of Rights, it’s just a wish list. They have to be fixed!!!
