I don't think anyone has the definitive answer and only time will tell. But for sure...something is going on. She looks different, her demeanor is different and she seems to be more at peace about SOMETHING.

I don't really understand either 🤷🏼♀️ And your right sometimes you can't avoid it. I was VERY unhealthy when I started,within a year my looks changed dramatically.I was asked "Wow, what did you do? " I just say, vegan, nutrient dense, no processed foods or added sugar." That usually ended the convo.

I just don't tell people anymore if I can possibly help it. Save your blood pressure and just let them. Let them advise, poke fun, get defensive. I don't answer questions much either. I just recommend books if the want information or give them my nutritionists contact info. Or change the subject.
