I want a class action for the my data being accessed and probably stolen. They should be prosecuted for the damage they did to government agencies data storage and infrastructure.

Executive orders are the weakest way to enact policy. It's not legislation, nor law. I have seen it described as strong suggestions recommendations. States could and should sue the regimes attempt to enact laws without congress. No King

Remember the standing rock protesters. The police protect property and wealth. The oil companies back then were subsidizing their overtime. The police in this country have been behaving as an occupying force for decades. They do not protect and serve the people. Remember Uvalde another example.
