All the libertarian subreddits have gone far right. What used to be thoughtful discussion is now just ragebait memes

We kept our work on a central server which had nightly backups that often failed.

Getting them restored involved contacting our server guy who worked weird hours and was always very salty about being asked to do so. It was a last resort.

Oh, and Mastodon is surprisingly good at getting interactions but none of my friends are there. I mostly just use it for old man yells at PHP posts that get Larry Garfield's attention

Oh dang. My car locked me out of adjusting the volume last week with a lock symbol when I'd try and I thought that was bad.

Now later I try to use my wireless headphones and they just connect to.. something. The play pause button does nothing. I've turned off the Bluetooth on my phone, my iPad, and my computer...

They just keep pairing to.... something...

I don't know what in the world is hijacking my Bluetooth

I've tried to use them back in the '90s but I never had great luck with them. Always ran into sync issues
