I think and hope most people recognise that not everyone who voted for Trump recognised he would be as bad as he is (even though many did anticipate it). Certainly it'll take a serious change in direction for the USA to be seen as a trustworthy ally or desirable destination again.

You might ask them whether they think residents and citizens of the USA should post about countries they're not residents or citizens off, and if not would the ever tell their President, and if they are, then we all have a reciprocal entitlement.

It shouldn't, but it's too much to ask of a man who would regard the word reasonable as a substitute for weak.

Their individual or corporate desire to have "access" to him seems to disable their ability to really challenge him. After that "piggy" remark every reporter on the plane should have just sat down and left him there with no media people to talk to.

I'm sure he'd have encouraged ( or would infuture) the military to blindly obey ALL orders issued by a Democrat President! Because he's so consistent like that.

"Protecting victims", "ongoing investigation" etc, etc. I can see and hear all the excuses already! Plausibility doesn't even matter to them.

The chaos and turmoil, and normalising it all, is the aim. Indict, try, lose, appeal, lose again, appeal again....., as long as the "game" is going on I'm not sure he cares much.

What's most disappointing is that the press core present didn't immediately refuse to engage further with the President. Their acquiesce is shameful. If media organisations weren't so blinded by competing for income they could exercise power, show strength and some integrity.

It has to be said that, almost universally, there are no tests of intelligence ( or stupidity) levels for jurors, so 10yo has an arguable point.
