What a sweet song - I first saw him perform at a bar on the north side of Dayton, Ohio with my dad who loved R+B music in 1954. He sat me on a stool with a Coke next to him, and we were accompanied by Jesse Love, a shell-shocked Korean War vet, as our "bodyguard". It's a fond memory.

He's separated. She's never been married as far as I know.
He's 53. She's 41. It's a good spread.
It'll play poorly in Quebec which is overwhelmingly Catholic among those who follow the precepts of the church. Most of Canadians couldn't care less, however. And why should they?

I remember eating at the Welcome Inn back in college days when visiting friends at Grinnell College more than 60 years ago. Food there was outstanding. Farmers and truck drivers had lunches with college students. I haven’t thought about this place for more than half a century.
