You have to go to your advanced settings in YouTube studio (on desktop) and untick both settings related to Video Quality Enhancements. I also recommend unticking the one about AI training (so that AI can't be trained off of your content). Happy day!!💖🫶🏻

Unfortunately not according to their Terms of Service😅 I checked it all, and only Cara and YouTube made me feel safe to post there. But it's absolutely just my opinion and nobody needs to feel forced to do the same🫶💖 We should all do what works best for us and makes us feel the safest.
