It's over-thinking it like that that causes me to sometimes fail my first try at the Annual Fire Safety Test.

Having just done the practice test it looks like you can jag it like the Annual Fire Safety Test by selecting the not f**king stupid options.

Isn't there already an immigration test to make sure you know who Don Bradman is?

Possums are prey for POwls, they will take an adult Brushtail. They're the only Australian bird that can fly carrying more than their own body weight, hence the name "Powerful".

It's a great read, and he really knows how to tell a story. It was easily my favourite book that year ... I've given it to lots of people.

Cheers, Trevor. The Powls really are the most beautiful birds.

I had a similar Lyrebird experience at Lamington. Two hour loop walk, then there they were 100m from the car park at the end.

Thank you. A couple of years ago I made one for @lucyparkerpaul.bsky.social as a Christmas present, then got a bit jealous decided I needed one myself 🙂

Worryingly, there was a hunting arrow on the ground only a few tens of metres from the Owlets. The Powerful Owl Project is reporting this to both the police and the council. As well as being a danger to wildlife, the arrow was only about 50m from a pretty busy walking/cycling track.
