The Mad Men 4K "restoration" uses a version that doesn't have the digital effects applied, so you can see crew members and other stuff in some shots. I guess they neglected to use "mad_men_NEW_REALLY_FINAL_2.mp4".😛

The question before this was "Have you ever asked someone for their autograph?" and what she actually said here was "Yul Brynner." 🤦♂️ I'd have cut them some slack due to taping/airing the same day, but I'm pretty sure that Colbert Questionert segments are aired days after filming.

My wife's a teacher. She's seeing answers that start with stuff like "Sure! Here's an answer you can use:". At least when kids copied each other's homework, there was a smart one out there. Now they're all dumb, and we're destroying the planet.

A post by @amv.network reminded me that I made a VirtualDub filter long ago to manually patch out dust & blemishes from video. Note the boxes in the lower right of the image. After clicking the checkbox, the cyan square pixels will be copied to the red square pixels.

Someone created all possible 5x5 nonogram (aka "Picross") patterns and put them on a big multiplayer webpage. They're not difficult, but I've found filling them in relaxing. pixelogic.app/every-5x5-no... As of now, 2.3M have been completed out of 25M.

Found an 18-DVD wallet case at a second-hand store filled with Disney movies for $6. After getting it home, I found that the discs had not been treated well, and only two worked out of the ones we didn't have. It came with an extra bonus, though... a DVD-R of someone's wedding video.🤣
