The physical effects of grief are many and various. I've read some bereavement support material that suggests that walking and yoga are gentle ways to get moving if you don’t feel up for rigorous exercise. Perhaps those lads should give that a whirl?😇

I think the exchange rate is less important than the fact that food and drink in Spain is so much cheaper than here.
I think we're so used to being ripped off in the UK that it almost comes as a surprise that it's so cheap there.

You have me entirely wrong. I'm no supporter of Corbyn and am a pragmatist about the need to win elections and do stuff that matters. I'm think this lot have wasted their majority. I spent 40 years working to improve the lot of those who desperately need it but I'll fuck off because you know best.

Also, the drive to create wealth through construction is gamed by the industry. Building one, two and three bedroom accommodation should be incentivised. Too much urban development produces four bedroom detached houses.
Land banking should be heavily penalised.

I think people fear that their situation is being attacked is because it very often is. The poor and people with disabilities are soft targets. They should be taxing wealth.
I'm more concerned about the gravy train for the senior people in the organisation. It's a self perpetuating racket.
