Husband just described Hallelujah as my ectopregnancy. He (dog) wants to be lying across my belly constantly- to keep warm I guess .

Having seen us off she settled into him and they napped together for a good long time. Today we finally got the bed stripped and remade 😂

Still not sound but much more comfortable today so she has gone out to see her best friend Stefan today. Stefan is a sensible older chap who won't be interested in running around :)

Today there is the annual half marathon in front of our house. Our pets are showing a distinct lack of interest but husband is loving watching it !

Luna ( blue rug) still lame do she and her mother are in tonight again and tomorrow I'll help husband poultice her foot , as an abscess is most likely cause. She is in good spirits but these can be very painful; swelling inside a rigid hoof bearing a lot of weight. Poor girl.

Today we have been cleaning and tidying our home to get it kitten ready . Next weekend we plan to do gentle diy in the rooms where the kittens are so they see quiet activity and spend time with us. I'm nervous about introducing to the other cats , but the dogs will be very happy .

Always something going on in a farm yard. The whistles mean both 'I am here' then 'I might ask you something in a moment' her actual commands are verbal or hand signals . :)

The unfun weather for owning horses . Their rugs are heavy with the incessant rain, the mud is making walking heavy going for them and the schooling area is underwater.

Goxua is being spayed today. Then we go and get her in a couple of weeks. She and Croquembouche are the first cats of mine to have early spays and I do wish they were here but I think it's responsible of the breeder and better for them to recover where they feel safe.

After breakfast all the dogs wanted a cuddle but Hallelujah climbed up and insisted on cuddling cheek to cheek before a more decorous lap cuddle where from the front he was all nose!
