Back to the grindstone, but feeling so good (if a little tired) after a naked weekend getaway in the country with 16 friends, including a few new ones. It's nice to have a social life occasionally 😅. I guess I'm the lucky one since I get to continue being naked back at work 😝

One of my absolute favourite places. Quite close to a touristy beach, but you have to climb rocks and wade to get here, so I always have it to myself. Perfect place to swim, fish, and enjoy the sun, and I can see anyone coming from a long way off. Who else has their own secret nudie location?

This year I'm focusing on getting more variety in my workouts. So instead of leading off every leg day with back squats, I'm alternating back, front, split and zercher squats. These feel really good, although I'm still getting used to them. Let's see if I can get these to 100kg this year!

Finally got back to some tiny house work yesterday afternoon. Didn't get a lot done though. It was one of those days. Tools missing, machines not working properly, planks of wood changing length after I'd measured them...
