As we said in the other reply, you just misunderstood. We are referring to chopped up content and expansions announced before the game is even out, and the like. People are rightfully upset when they feel like the get an incomplete product or have to pay double down the line.

Or maybe you just misunderstood what this is about. Obviously, those were functional releases at launch. It's about what comes after and how that makes people feel.

Not sure whether they fully ditched it. Some of the NPC voices sound a bit robotic at times.
