Reducing hospital use will save $. Medicaid for ALL children regardless of income will save $ cuz if kids are sick (unlike adults), if they don't have a PCP, parents take them to ER. If all kids had Medicaid, schools could post team costs (PT,OT,SP, Nurse) to it saving $ for local districts

The 2024 SJC immunity decision does not cover Chief of Staff, advisors or Executive officers. Assault, extortion, unwarranted search & seizure, are crimes in all states. Also the Uniform Code of Military Justice bars following illegal orders like killing unarmed civilians.
